We are Arcane Systems. We design and build web and mobile applications, and we care about doing it well.
Who we are
Arcane Systems is a software company based in Gauteng, South Africa. We started in 2026 to build practical, well made software for businesses. We are the parent company of EasyMenus, our first product, which gives venues a simple digital menu that their guests open on a phone.
We chose a .africa web address on purpose. We are proud to be South African, and we are built to work with clients across the continent and around the world. Good software does not stop at a border, and neither do we.
What we build
We build two main things. The first is web applications: websites and web based systems that are fast, secure and easy to run on standard hosting. The second is mobile apps for Android and iPhone that feel natural to use. In both cases we can take care of the whole job, from the design and the code to the database and the hosting, so you deal with one team that understands the full picture.
How we work
We keep things clear and simple. We start by listening, so we understand what you actually need. We plan the work and agree on it with you. We build in steps and show you progress along the way. When the product is ready we help you launch it, and we are here afterwards to keep it running well. No jargon, no surprises, just steady work and honest advice.

The B-BBEE advantage, in plain language

In South Africa, businesses are scored on Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment, or B-BBEE. Part of that score is about who you buy from. When you buy from a Level 1 supplier like us, you may claim 135% of what you spend with us towards your procurement target. So your spend with Arcane Systems works twice: you get the software you need, and you improve your own score.
We are also an Exempted Micro Enterprise, which means our B-BBEE certificate doubles as a sworn affidavit. You can keep it on file for your own records and audits. We are 100% black owned and 100% black youth owned.

Where we are headed
